Radiator Grommet Issue
The radiator has a weakness. The rubber grommets that secure the radiator to the frame break down, then cause the mounting boss on the radiator to weaken and develop a crack.
To prevent this issue from happening, replace the grommets (P/N 58414019000 ), Bob E suggests using an extra half grommet on the radiator side to help with extra cushion.
If the radiator cracks, you will have to drain it, remove it and get it aluminum welded.

And from Owen and Amber on DBW. He re-welded the bosses. Then bolted it back with longer bolts and washers.
